can IPFS project join this hackathon?

Does a project built on IPFS ecosystem enter this hackathon? If not, is it possible to make it eligible to enter this hackathon?

  We do not limit the decentralized storage and file referencing system used, however, we do encourage users to use BTFS (https://www.bittorrent.com/token/bittorrent-file-system/) as it is compatible with BitTorrent Chain (BTTC). If you are using IPFS, make sure your Ethereum project is converted to work on the BTTC.
