Should submissions be open source?

I can't see any mention in the rules... so I've spent some time research.
In Season One winners: most did not share a repo (or at least the repo is empty/gone). If they did, the repo only contains the Smart Contract.

For the TRON Grand Hackathon 2022 what is the expectation?
A) a requirement; or
B) improves chances of winning
C) not required.

    It is not required. Having clean open source code might get votes from the community members though.
