Submission is not working prior to the deadline...

I submitted my project but keeps saying 3/5 steps done... I kept submitting and kept putting in into draft showing 3/5 steps completed even though all steps are done and cannot figure out what the issue is to submit. No the deadline says past but i have my project for this Tron Grand Hackathon fully ready for a while. I built this and have secured this over three years as of now. Please help me as i feel this is a bit unfair there are issues to submit... I really hope to hear back.
