Votes on DevPost

My question is simple: do votes on DevPost matter for any of the prizes?
My understanding is that community prizes are awarded counting only TronDAO forum votes, while experts/judges assign the DevPost prizes. Am I right?

  Yes, you are right. There will be 2 separate prize pools - Judges will pick their winners on DevPost platform and TRON DAO community members will pick the forum hackathon winners.
